Return and Refund Policy

WE have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thriftilike.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 62 Lark Circ, York.17404. United States.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items.
1. All thrift items
2. All final sale items are not returnable .
3. Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items .

NOTE : we advise our customers to know their sizes in advance before placing an order . If in doubt of your size , pls contact us for clarification so as to avoid dispute resolution on this issue.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund . If approved , your refund will be processed,  and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days .

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items.
